Kamla A. Williams, MA, RSW

Host/Author/Consultant

Hey there ADHD brains,

Hi, I'm Kamla Williams, born and raised in Jamaica. I left my island home to pursue a master’s degree in Child and Youth Study after completing my Bachelor’s in Social Work. For over a decade, I’ve worked in primary health care, supporting vulnerable populations—abused women, children, families, and those facing mental health challenges. I’m also an ADHD coach, an author, and an entrepreneur, with a passion for program development.

At 30, I was diagnosed with ADHD, but deep down, I always knew my brain worked a little differently. Before my diagnosis, I found tips and hacks to mask my symptoms and achieve my goals. After learning about ADHD, I immersed myself in research and self-discovery. This journey, combined with my background in social work, led me to create a platform where people with ADHD can find a voice they can connect with.

I know firsthand how challenging life can be when you're navigating ADHD. From struggling with executive functioning to managing overstimulation, the impact on your mental health and daily life can feel overwhelming. But I also know that with the right support, you can thrive.

As someone who lives with ADHD, I’ve walked the path you’re on. I understand the frustrations, the setbacks, and the unique challenges that come with it.

When I'm not working, you can find me cycling, hiking, enjoying a good board game, or connecting with family and friends.

If you're ready to take control of your ADHD and make lasting changes, let’s connect. Who knows, maybe you will even be a guest on my podcast. I’m offering free initial consultations so, we can discuss your challenges and explore how I can support you on this journey. Together, we’ll create a plan that empowers you to overcome obstacles and unlock your full potential.
